Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients (organic always when possible)

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 large diced onion
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic for about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and their juices, basil and oregano. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Stir in salt.
