Mixed berry cobbler

It's berry time! Our farmers market is full of berries! I bought several this week at our midweek market. I decided to get my kids in the mix for making this one! The ingredients are interchangeable.

In a medium saucepan, fill with berries!
We used:
2 pints of strawberries, top cut off. (I let my 8 year old cut the tops)
2 pints of blackberries
3/4 of a pint of blueberries (the kids ate the other 1/4)
Add 2 tbsp of honey and the juice of 1 lemon.
Bring to boil.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
I used coconut oil to grease a medium baking pan.
Add berry mixture.
I used granola for the topping. But you can also use rolled oats, sliced almonds. Bake about 15 minutes. Let cool. Serve.
Delicious as is or with your favorite dairy topping!
